Data & privacy
No — not on any plan, and not as an opt-out setting you have to find. This applies to Workspace documents, questions and call transcripts, and Document Processing uploads alike.
Each Private AI Workspace runs entirely on its own dedicated server in the US: the app, its database, your files, OCR, transcription and the AI model. A separate server of our own handles checkout, billing and Document Processing; for a Workspace it only learns whether your plan is paid, never a document, question or answer. If your data has to stay in another country, your Workspace server can be set up there as a customization. See the Security page for the full disclosure.
The source file and any extracted data are deleted, typically within minutes of delivery. Nothing is retained.

Yes, and it’s included in the $499/mo — there’s no add-on. Recordings up to 3 hours are transcribed in English with timestamps on your Workspace’s own dedicated GPU server, never by a third-party speech service, and the audio is deleted once it’s transcribed. Lines aren’t labelled by speaker.
$2.99 a document for PDFs with selectable text, up to 300 pages. Scanned PDFs are $4.99, up to 300 pages. You always see the price before confirming.
