Private AI for businesses that can't use ChatGPT
Your clients' data.
Your custody. Not ours.
Chat with your own documents on a server dedicated to your firm alone — never shared, never used to train a model. Answers come from your files and point to the page they came from.
$499/mo flat, no seats · Pay first, then we provision — never the other way around · Cancel any time

Why not just use ChatGPT
Because “we won't train on your data” is a setting, not a guarantee.
Dedicated hardware, not a shared model
Your workspace runs on a server ordered for you specifically — not a seat on infrastructure shared with every other customer of a consumer AI product.
You decide when it's deleted
Files stay on your server until your firm removes them. Cancel and everything on it is deleted within 30 days. That's stated on the Security page, not in paragraph nine of a privacy policy.
Nothing is ordered until it's paid for
We don't provision infrastructure speculatively. A server exists because a customer paid for one — which means there's never an idle box holding data it doesn't need to.
Your own server, not a shared AI
Each Workspace runs entirely on its own dedicated server in the US: app, database, files and AI model — never an outside AI service. If your firm has a data-residency requirement, the Security page lists where each part runs — before you upload a client file, not after.
Two ways to work with us
Pick what fits — a workspace, or a build made for your practice.
Chat with your own documents, privately. Call and meeting transcription included. Dedicated hardware, no per-seat pricing games.
See how it works →Medical-records chronologies, drafts in your firm's voice, your clause checklist — built on private hardware and quoted after scoping.
Start the conversation →Free, no upload: check a PDF for text under black boxes or see whether it's a scan. Both run in your browser, so the file never leaves your computer.
The actual difference
What changes when it's dedicated instead of consumer-grade.
Questions
Frequently asked
No — the model runs on hardware provisioned for you specifically, your documents are never used to improve any model, and answers come from your own files, cited to the page. None of that is true of a consumer AI subscription by default.
No. The Private AI Workspace is a flat monthly rate with no seat count and no annual lock-in — cancel any time. Nothing is ordered until you’ve paid, so there’s no setup fee to recover either.
Each Private AI Workspace runs entirely on its own dedicated server in the US: the app, its database, your files, OCR, transcription and the AI model. A separate server of our own handles checkout and billing; it only learns whether your plan is paid, never a document, question or answer. If your data has to stay in another country, your Workspace server can be set up there as a customization. The Security page lists where each part runs.
Until then, they stay on your server until your firm removes them, and you can download everything as one ZIP at any time. After you cancel, everything on the server is deleted within 30 days. The Security page has the specifics.
That's what Special Customization is for — medical-records chronologies, drafts from your own templates, your clause checklist, practice-management hookups or a standalone API. Tell us the scope and we'll quote it; $699 is a starting point, not a ceiling.
Ready when you are
Private AI for the work you can't put in ChatGPT.
Dedicated hardware, answers cited to your own files, and pricing that doesn't assume you have a team to seat.
