Special Customization
Doesn't fit the first two pages? Tell us what you actually need.
There's no product sitting on a shelf for this — it's a conversation, not a checkout. $699 is where the conversation starts, not where most of them end.
What this covers
Work your firm already pays for, run on private hardware: medical-records chronologies for PI and med-mal, drafts started from your own templates and past work, your clause checklist, hookups to your practice-management software, and large productions past the 300-page limit. Video evidence as well: bodycam, dashcam or deposition footage turned into a timestamped transcript you can search. A standalone API too, if that's the actual request. And if your data has to stay in a particular country, your dedicated server can be set up there instead of the US.
Same dedicated-hardware backend underneath either way; what changes is the build on top and a support commitment scoped to what you need.
What $699 actually means
It's a starting hook, not a ceiling. Comparable custom private-AI builds elsewhere run $8,000–35,000 — most real requests will land well above $699 once we understand the actual scope. We'd rather tell you that now than after a quote surprises you.
How pricing gets decided
We quote the real number once we understand what's actually being built — there's no rate card for bespoke work, because bespoke work doesn't have one that means anything.
Before you write in
What tends to get asked here
Yes — it’s the build this page leads with. A dated timeline of treatment across the whole record set, each entry citing the page it came from, run on private hardware because medical records are exactly what shouldn’t go to a shared model. Scanned and mixed records are fine; handwriting isn’t read yet.
It depends on the specific system and what "integration" needs to mean for your workflow — tell us the software (Clio, MyCase, Smokeball or something else) and the goal, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.
Yes. Same backend as the Workspace, priced for what the API wrapper and its support commitment actually cost us.
Yes, as a customization. Workspaces run in the US by default. If your data has to stay in the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia or anywhere else, we set up your dedicated server in that country and quote it after scoping. It’s the same product, on a machine in the place you need.
No formal minimum, but if what you need is closer to a Workspace tweak than a build, we’ll say so and point you back to the $499/mo plan instead of quoting you for something bigger than you need.
